Vision-led,
purpose-driven & caffeine-powered

Every tech professional has their origin story – for Anmol, his digital destiny took shape through a passion-built cricket website in Chandigarh. But where many stop at hobby projects, he pushed forward, converting that spark of curiosity into full mastery of the digital landscape.

Blending his engineering degree with relentless hard work, he’s distilled his approach to three powerful principles: learn constantly, connect authentically, and build solutions that anticipate tomorrow’s challenges.

Moments & Milestones

Built from scratch, backed by belief, this journey proves that small beginnings can lead to extraordinary destinations.

2010.

The Spark

Started out as a cricket commentator for Criclounge, which led to building The Cricket Daily, a self-made cricket news site. This early project fueled my curiosity in websites, SEO, analytics, and digital content.

The Spark

2011.

Early Recognition

Still in college, my work caught the eye of a political leader who invited me to run his digital campaign. I built his website, managed social media, and grew his YouTube presence—an early dive into digital strategy at scale.

2012.

The Corporate Lens

Joined a startup as a Web Developer and quickly moved into Project Management and Business Analysis—getting a first-hand view of how teams, clients, and business operations work together.

The Corporate Lens

2013.

42Works Was Born

At 23, I took the leap and launched 42Works with the vision of building a high-energy, quality-first digital agency that people love to work at—and work with.

42Works Was Born

2016.

Scaling Up

Crossed 100+ successful projects and grew to a 50+ member team. 42Works had become a trusted partner for global clients across web, mobile, and digital marketing.

Scaling Up

2020.

Leading Through Change

During COVID, we shifted to remote work while focusing on team morale and client continuity. The goal: grow together, even from a distance.

Leading Through Change

2022.

Foundations & Family

Began construction on our upcoming 42Works HQ- spanning 40,000+ sq ft—and welcomed my son, Triaksh. A big year, both professionally and personally.

Foundation & Family

2025.

A New Chapter

Our new office opens soon. Built not just to work, but to collaborate, create, and grow together.
