TiECon Chandigarh 2025 has just concluded, and I’m still processing the incredible energy, networking, and cherished moments from the event. It felt like organizing a big fat wedding—with over 1,500 attendees, 120+ speakers, and 50+ sponsors, ensuring seamless hospitality, well-executed sessions, and an unforgettable experience. This is exactly why I signed up to be a part of the core team—to experience the thrill of bringing together visionaries, innovators, and change-makers under one roof.
A Front-Row Seat to an Incredible Experience
This was my first-ever TiECon, but instead of attending as a delegate, I had the privilege of seeing it from the inside as part of the core organizing team. And what an experience it was! From the adrenaline rush of being up for two nights straight to the joy of making amazing personal connections, the journey of not just attending but orchestrating such a large-scale event was truly rewarding.
Sessions That Left an Impact
Meeting the Man Behind the IPL’s Success
A standout moment for me was meeting Sh. Arun Singh Dhumal, former BCCI Treasurer and current IPL Chairman. His session on his journey from being an educator to leading the IPL was incredibly inspiring. Hearing about the business strategies, leadership decisions, and the vision behind one of the world’s biggest sporting leagues was nothing short of insightful.
Resilience, Adventure & The Entrepreneurial Spirit
Being a nature and adventure enthusiast, another session that deeply resonated with me was “Nurturing Resilience: Entrepreneurship & the Spirit of Exploration.” Featuring mountaineers Rakesh Gupta, Baljeet Kaur, and Anurag Maloo, this session was a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and risk-taking — values that are as critical in entrepreneurship as they are in mountaineering.
This session was a powerful reminder that success—whether in business or in life—belongs to those who are willing to push beyond their limits.
Deep Tech & The Future of AI
Another riveting discussion was “Deep Tech in the AI Era: Disruption, Innovation, Domination.” The panel shed light on the rapid advancements in AI-driven technologies, the future of deep tech, and how businesses can stay ahead in this fast-paced, disruption-led era. It was fascinating to hear industry experts discuss the intersection of AI, automation, and emerging technologies, reinforcing that the future belongs to those who embrace innovation.
A Special TiECon for 42Works
Another reason that made TiECon Chandigarh 2025 even more special was the active participation of the 42Works team. Over 20 team members from 42Works attended, gaining valuable insights from the sessions while immersing themselves in the world of innovation and entrepreneurship.
The company also showcased its service offerings at the Startup Bazaar, receiving an overwhelming response and keen interest from both conference delegates and speakers. One of the standout moments was when Bipin Preet Singh, Founder of Mobikwik – the first fintech in India to launch a full-scale Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) wallet, e-rupee – stopped by. He was genuinely impressed by the work we have been doing in web, mobile, and digital marketing, reinforcing our mission to push boundaries in the digital space.
An Evening to Remember
Of course, no TiECon experience would be complete without the legendary Gala Dinner Night—a perfect way to unwind after days of non-stop action. The moment Harbhajan Mann took the stage, all the exhaustion from sleepless nights disappeared. His soulful voice took me back to my childhood, and dancing to his iconic tunes was the perfect way to wrap up this incredible event.

As I write this, I can’t help but think about all the other amazing sessions that not only motivated me but also broadened my perspective. If only I could write about them all!
